Each image is mounted on a 1 inch thick 12x12 block of eco-friendly wood. They come ready to hang — no frame necessary — and look great in a series of 3, 4, 6 or more. Each Wisdom Collection piece offers inspirational words of wisdom in the form of parables, poems, quotes, proverbs, and thoughts for each painting. The words are found not only as inspirational quotes incorporated into the artwork itself, but were actually the inspiration for each piece. We can take no credit for any of these inspirations, we merely present them. Regardless of their source, we believe them to be Spirit speaking to us, through these many and varied enlightened authors. Some date back thousands of years, some are more contemporary, but all are meant to leave a lasting impression. It is hoped that you come away feeling uplifted, enlightened, inspired, motivated or comforted by the messages contained within. Art that Speaks to the Soul

The concept behind the inspirational art of the Wisdom Collection started long before the collection

materialized. Scottsdale, Arizona artist Judi Bagnato considered the importance of reaching people spiritually through her artwork while maintaining a consistent aesthetic beauty; to create artwork that imparted wisdom, shared a lesson and touched lives. With the help of partner/interior designer/daughter Brooke Bagnato, the Wisdom Collection started piece by piece, each carefully created with important, inspiring messages in mind. Some paintings took weeks, and some months to complete until each mixed media painting was just right. Each painting was given many layers and textures representing the innumerable layers and textures of each soul experience.

The Wisdom Collection is reproduced in a Limited Edition of 250 and a Certificate of Authenticity is supplied with each purchase.

Each eco-friendly piece of artwork is hand-signed/numbered by the artist. Through modern printing methods (giclee printing) the artist’s original mixed media paintings are expertly recreated and mounted on 12x12” an eco-friendly panel and mounted on sustainable wood. It is then covered in a unique, eco-friendly resin for protection and for a stylish, sophisticated look.

What is a "Limited Edition Giclee"?

After the original painting is digitally scanned, the Giclee printing process delivers a fine stream (up to 2000 dpi and a range of 256 values per color) of ink resulting in vivid, pure color and exceptional detail that is suitable for museum or gallery display. This process is superior to other fine art printing in tonal quality as well as image. The art print is produced on a heavy 310 gsm, eco-friendly acid-free artist's archival textured paper. Each Limited Edition Giclee is a print of the highest quality available, at such a level that was inconceivable only a year ago. Many museums (including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Museum of Modern art in New York, the San Francisco Museum of Art, etc.) include giclee prints in their collections. These prints are of archival quality, with production and quality personally overseen by the artist. Each piece is then numbered and signed by the artist. Limited Edition offerings are for those who desire to own something as close to an original as possible and which enjoy a collectible status. The printing plates are destroyed after the run, in order to ensure the value of each piece.
